Auto Purple Kush Seeds – Genetic Information
I started this run with 3 of these Purple Kush autos and 3 White widow autos. Im less than 1 month in and the purple kush is just not keeping up with the white widow. 1 of the seeds did not germinate. 1 was a "runt" that sprouted just a little but the stem never grew passed the surface of my medium and the leaves came out deformed and twisted. The last remaining seedling is showing signs of the same twisted leaves and deformity. Hopefully I will get at least get some buds on out of one of these seeds but next time I try this strain I will not get the Autoflower version. I attached a picture of 1 of my White widows and the last Purple Kush to show the difference. They have been in the same conditions from the start.
Order arrived with him 8 days. Positive experience. All terminated by soaking for 24 hours and placed in damp paper towel in till root extended out of seed. All are doing well. Have a few months to go.
I waited a long time to write this review as I am very hesitant to give negative feedback, especially since I am inexperienced in this area. I do, however, have quite a bit of experience growing vegetables from seeds, both indoor and out. After trying out vegetables in my indoor grow setup to ensure they were receiving adequate light, I'm quite sure this would have worked too if the seeds had been stronger. But, again, maybe I'm wrong. I'd love to give it another shot, but am hesitant to spend that much and get NOTHING out of it. Only 4 seeds developed a tap root, the 5th never even opened. Of the 4 that developed tap roots, they never developed their first set of leaves. So, all in all, even after waiting weeks to receive the seeds, I have no plants, not even poorly developed ones. I did soak the seeds ahead and ensured a tap root was well developed before planting in good quality soil, that was well aerated and with proper drainage. As mentioned, by me growing the vegetables under the same light, I am sure there is more than enough light to at least grow a plant...would have to wait and see for how much bud is produced. But, I didn't get any development whatsoever.
Like Larry said the seeds were slow to develop but once they started, man they were great. They’ll be switched over to flower soon but for only a few weeks in a very very cheap grow setup.T5 lighting, Fox Farm soil and their nutrients are great for them. I’ll review again after flower.
I have not yet popped my seeds the the shipping was fast
Healthy and vibrant, all seeds sprouted, amazing to watch how fast they grow, very satisfied
Had a long wait to finally receive product (30+) days. Was convinced I wasn't going to get them but SeedKing came through eventually. I am a new grower and started with the smallest seed I have ever seen,in the event I screwed up the process. Germinated quickly and as you can see from the pic has done very well. Very dense, thick plant. Hoping all the flowers get the light they need to mature. Will keep updated with the final product.
This is my first time ordering from this website, for the previous 7 years I've used seedsupreme.com but they kept sending me the wrong seeds or the package wouldn't arrive but they would say it did and everything. So I decided to find a new and hopefully honest seedbank to purchase from but I had to find one quickly because I was running low on bud and needed a quick crop. A friend actually showed me seedking.com and at first I thought it would be the same runaround like usual but to my surprise instead the 5 seeds I ordered got to me in 9 days, all 5 came up and were female, so I thought I'd order another strain to try along with this. I'd welcome recommendations from informed growers on what strain I should go with next. In these pictures, the 3 in the red 5 gallon bucket are an unknown strain of sativa origin I purchased in Mexico several years ago. All of the ones in the black pots are the Auto Feminized Autoflowering Purple Kush. All of the others are AK-47 seeds leftover from last grow. These pics are being taken 14 days after germination and being planted in Fox Farm Loma.
The plants went to flower very quickly, around 4 weeks. I let it grow for a couple of weeks more until the entire plant was a light purple. Bud, sugar and fan leaf. Unusual looking plants. A little different from the picture and somewhat accurate. Very dense. It was like the entire plant was one big bud. Didn't think to take a photo. The next batch I will. Highly recommended. Very potent. As advertised.
